Upgrades the meager Diadem of the Savant to something better. Raises the progress of each school of magic seperatly in realtime % connected to the actor values of the Player. Shows all values in the item description. Example AV destruction 25 -> 75% faster Progression
Invertes the values, so the less you know about magic, the more the diadem can teach you, zeroing out at 100 Skill-Level...
This mod changes the SkillUseMult with a SKSE function reverting it on unequip.
Why WIP? The script is tested, it revertes the values back correctly. But even with the reverted values the Skill-progress of Equip-Unequip is slower, compared to never equiped. Did not find the source of this problem.
Did compare values from console command SetAV with values from consolecommand AdvSkill... ;-) Works flawless, did always work flawless...
