Description:
This mod adds a house roughly halfway between Riverwood and Whiterun. Both can be seen from the front door. Simply follow the road between the two and you will find it.

Yes, it is just Proudspire Manor, with a few small changes to the interior. I made this for my current character, and did not want to build an entire house from the ground up.

That aside, the home has all the crafting stations, including the Hearthfires oven for baking things like apple pies. All the storage is safe, except for the children's chest (I cannot help that).

The house is child friendly, with beds for adopting two children. You will have to use a mod like Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions to make the game recognize the house as yours. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29249

There is also a bed and room for a follower.

Installation:
Simply copy the .esp file to your Skyrim\data folder. When you start Skyrim, select the mod.
