Hi, The mod looks really interesting but The courier never appears so I can not access the property. Do you have any idea why this is happening please ?.
Sometimes this happens for people. I can't tell why, but I did add a workaround.
If the courier never appears you may still enter the backyard hatch/cave and obtain the key. It's at the end between the two Centurion/ Dwemer Guards on the floor. Once you have the key, voila! House is yours.
