Selling expensive made potions is too much profitable, and ruins the fun in needing loot/quest rewards.
With this you get like 10 times less for your own made potions.

So no longer sell a giant toe mix potion of 5000, (breezehome is worth that! broken!) you get like 500 instead.

IMPORTANT:
So, i now realized there is some sort of problem with the mod, and that is that it makes leveling alchemy a lot slower, i should have thought of that and tested more before publishing it, now if you want to use anyway, you can use the community uncapper or other mod in the meantime to make alchemy level faster, it seems it is leveling 10 times slower with the mod, sorry for the mistake. You can use the community uncapper to make alchemy faster if you want to use the mod.

Change in the ini:
bUseSkillExpGainMults=0 to
bUseSkillExpGainMults=1
[SkillExpGainMults]
fAlchemy=10.0 (its 1 by default)
