Here is a set of (Blades type) armory that has higher rating - fit for the Dovahkiin.
The items have been placed within the cells of unique items so you'll come across them while adventuring (with the exception of the sword - which is in Helgen Keep - left at the stream). A note detailing the locations has been placed in Sky Haven Temple.
