enabled the unused existing gem glowmaps for illusion, alteration, and conjuration staves. Includes meshes for ALLGUD by default, those don't do anything if you don't use ALLGUD. You can delete them if you don't use ALLGUD, they're less than 300kb total so it doesn't really matter if you leave them or not.
