This does not appear to be compatible with Hunterborn. It cremates the animal as you are cleaning it. Then there is nothing there to skin, harvest or butcher.
Think you could use "DLC2AshSpawnDisintegrateFXS [EFSH:02032FEC]" for the disintegration effect and "DLC02\Effects\DLC2AshSpawnPile01.nif" for the ash pile? it would match cremation nicely
maybe, that'll require DLC and I was trying to keeping it requiring only vanilla though I imagine most nexusmod downloaders are using the full DLC/LE version. So i'll give it a look, or maybe make an optional files.

Hi, i tried it with deer and wolf's corpses but doesn't seems to work. Ok i kill them and then equip a torch and try to loot the corpses as always but i only get the corpse inventory... Any idea? Well i didn't have much time to test the mod correctly. I'll have more time tomorrow... I hope.
only immediate idea is to check that you have the most recent version, and that any loose files for the mod are deleted (dwd*.* in the scripts and source directory). I had screwed up on one of the earlier set of files. or I messed up in checking what one can burn, I'll look into this. thanks.-just checked and I could torch bears, wolves, skeevers, and deer just fine.
Thanks for reply. The mod works well with the update. If you allow me a suggestion ... With TES5Edit create a copy of the "Firebolt Spell" and "FireDamageFFAimed Magic Effect" inside your mod with another ID "Not to Override" and change the property of the "projectile" of the new magic effect to "Emptyprojectile". Then associate the new Magic Effect with the new Spell and exchange the old firebolt spell for the new one in your Burn Corpse Magic Effect. This causes the firebolt not to be seen falling onto the corpse when you try to incinerate it. At least when you use the torch it becomes more immersive with this change.
