A medium-sized player home just off the road south from Winterhold.
Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions friendly, just use the 'Bless Home' spell that comes with that mod. Fully navmeshed so followers, spouses and kids should be able to wander around inside.
Keys to the safe and basement are in the Keys storage by the front door inside. There are a couple of notes from the former residents that will lead you to the front door key (hint, take a look just outside Stillborn Cave).
This is my first attempt at modding, so if I've messed something up let me know and I'll try my best to fix it quickly!

Cells edited are 31,15; 32, 16; 32, 18. It should be fine with anything that doesn't change those, but if there's a problem somewhere let me know!
