      Same issue here!
In the ENB editor, I went to ENVIRONMENT > FogColorMultiplierInterior > set those to 0

I use Skyrim Summer Overhaul as a base for all cause ... I don't like cold and snow. True Storms would probably conflict with SSO. Would it be possible to use your ENB without it or would that look too weird?

It wouldn't look terrible, but rain would be much lighter, i.e. the usual problems with vanilla rain.

Putting vanilla and next-gen in the same sentence is a bit contradictory, but some of the lighting effects look good.

You have the most clear installation guide I've ever seen. And the enb is stunning, thank you.

Need Help. Night time way to dark. Any way to improve lighting at night?

Nights are well-lit on clearer weathers. In dull weathers and so on, you could use a torch - this design is intentional. Generally you will get used to it after a while.
If you really want your nights brighter, increase 'Brightness - Exterior Night' values under effect.txt.ini in the 'enbseries' folder till you are satisfied.
