This is essentially a back port of my Nordic Coast mod from SSE. I wanted to bring it to LE as well.
Let me know if it works (it should) I don't have LE installed anymore.
4k and 2k textures available to download. The vanilla coast is practically black and very rocky, so I tried to stick to that theme.
