Just a nice little 1 room home for you in riverwood when you pass threw alot little op for starter home because barrels outside at the smithing place should be respawn ingots and stuff so no matter what a week there will get you a great start if you start a new playthru.. it has some chest in house AND i plan to add more random stuff thru out the updates.. soon there be a follower with their own pet ect.. right now its just a starter home to hide out in or make it ur pack rat home.
