I absolutely LOVE this mod. So many uses. Mail order for crafting items so I don't have to go running around Skyrim for 10 Orichalcum. Mailing items home so I don't have to carry things around on long expeditions. GOD BLESS the East Empire Company for providing so many different items for purchase.
Only gripe is the price when attempting to sell items through the mail. It seems that instead of selling the items you're shipping, you're instead being paid for the package itself. Selling 3 full sets of enchanted Legendary Glass armor gets me only 720 gold. This kills the one major activity I tried to engage in. Where do you go in CK to fix that?
I was wondering, how could I add a new vendor? I made a mixed clothing mod and thought it would cool to be able to use the mail system to buy the clothes. I can use tes5edit to add the catalogue and the container with the clothes, but it never shows up when I use the mailbox.
Fuckin' A! I had just installed a mod that added a new store and I found it super immersion-breaking that they would go out of their way to hire a courier to go into the woods and climb mountains just to find me of all people and deliver a letter to tell me about their store, it makes so much more sense that they would just walk around town and fill people's mailboxes with their spam.
You have got this mod active yeah ? it should even be there before you buy brereze-home, check the inn to see if one's appeared there too , ? Other wise what BH mods are you possibly using
For some reason I thought this was much older. Thank you so much for this! It really made Skyrim way better. Thank you!. We need more mods with this mindset. For example, I'm sacrificing Wulftur Kiras Merged, wich is a new complex and content rich quest mod... for an old one called Post Office, wich adds immersion by sending and receiving letters from NPCS, 'because both mod add a bulding in the same Solitude spot.
I'm just saying this to state that immersion, or rp is way too important for some of us. Thank you for Skald's Mail!
A question about adding mailboxes to house mods: What value would you have for the longitude of a house that can be accessed easily from just about anywhere (that is, without the use of a fancy teleportation spell)? The house I have in mind is Clockwork Castle: it is located in the Velothi Mountains, yet the only way you get to it after finishing the related quest is through the Travel Machine and its Terminus Machines (read: mechanized teleportation), each of which is just outside its respective Hold capital; thus, the courier can travel from Markarth to Clockwork Castle in an instant. Would the most feasible longitude be right in the middle? Would such a house even *need* a mailbox, since you can go back and forth between it and any of the established mailboxes in a jiffy?

Thank you for another piece of beautiful immersion to this husk of a vanilla game!
