I've spent a lot of time sculpting this face to provide something a bit different. Also, I've set this so that it should be NMM and Vortex friendly. Please let me know if it doesn't work correctly. This is a Charmers of the Reach preset so you will need that.

I've spent a lot of time sculpting this face to provide something a bit different. The cheekbones are pulled up and out then carefully smoothed. The face is pulled down and forward. The nose is exceptionally long and still looks good, at least to me. Also, I've set this so that it should be NMM and Vortex friendly. Please let me know if it doesn't work correctly. This is a Charmers of the Reach preset so you will need that.
