Source of bug and solution:
From my testing, this bug is exclusive to torches and alchemy benches. It's been suggested that the source is COMPLEXFIRELIGHTS in ENB settings. If that were the case, it would affect much more than just these meshes. Artsick noticed that the crazy blue flashing you are seeing with torches is coming from an over exaggerated particle coloring effect within the mesh itself. The second image in the gallery points to EXACTLY what/where the problem is in the mesh. Just looking at the numbers, it's obvious to see where all that blue is coming from. Artsick then put in color values that returned some sanity to the mesh. Testing confirmed torches were fixed. Since this all occurred months before the actual upload, the source of the original torch mesh used to test this fix became vague. To remedy this, v2 torch mesh is now made from Particle Patch for ENB by mindflux.
The solution for the alchemy bench was different. I believe the effects were "turned down" vs editing it's colors.
