This is something i did for me (it not meant to be realistic) because i hated the whole reload thing with the crossbows. There no scripts or esp. This file replace the the Third Person release animation of crossbows with much shorter one while also removing the reload part. While it's ready to replace the vanilla one i would recommend that you download it manually and use it with PCEA2 so it doesn't mess with other npcs using crossbows.
