Adds 2 simple spells to the game which work the same way they did in Morrowind. Mark and Recall. Minus the map marker.

About
This adds Mark and Recall to the game.
There is a chance that you can find them at any spell tome merchant.
You can cast Mark at any location and then use Recall to teleport back to that same location.
This only works for one location.
If you want to change the location to teleport to, simply recast Mark at your preferred new location.
You can't cast Recall without having cast Mark atleast once.
The Base Cost of Mark is 25 and the Base Cost of Recall is 55.
In-game, they are considered to be of the Conjuration magicka school, since there's no Mysticism in TES5.
The books also look differently. Since there, again, is no Mysticism in Skyrim.

Safe to uninstall since no scripts are constantly running.
