   This is a good idea, but unfortunately they're added via enchantments. That means these clothes can't be enchanted by other enchantments anymore.

   Finally! A reason to wear nice clothes!
   
   I wish the other clothes had default bonuses as well though, the way they do in the Fallout games. Not aiming that at the mod author but more at Bathesda.

   it makes more sense for each to increse speech level by 1, as you dont charge a fine clothed person, but nobility demands respect
