Sea Cottage: A simple no frills home for the Dovakin on the coast.

This free home is situated on the northern coast not far from Ravenscar Hollow, you will be looking right at the sea of ghosts so you will have a grand view. Requires Skyrim, Update ESM.
The Cottage come's with all the crafting and a smelt. It has plenty of storage and containers for your needs.
If you have Prometheus waves mod and ambient seagulls by Tricolour they go well with this.
Not a big place designed for the loner or few follower's. Nice place to chill after causing carnage..
Altered the area round the cottage as well.
