This patch does the following:
Patches incompatibilities between Better Docks Modular Solitude and The Great City of Solitude (v1.01).
Adds a few more lanterns on docks and one at the swampside gate.
Moves the large ship from Better Docks over to the centre in front of the main dock.
Fixes several terrain holes.
Adds navmeshes to the ships and boats that didn't have any.
