I think this armor looks amazing, but perhaps change the helmet as it is now the eyes are one the side. So maybe move the horns back as Natterforme suggested then you could bring the eyes forward. Aside from that outstanding looking armor.
The only thing that I would change would be to put the horns farther back on the skull around the ear line. Also, I would consider flipping the dragon heads on the breastplate to face inwards as opposed to outwards.
As to rigging the model, you can use boneweight copy in blender with some vanilla resource armors to get a general and fairly accurate rig on the armor.
Dont forget to cut it up and have the seperate armor pieces before hand. You dont want the whole thing to affected all at once when rigging^^. The hardest thing that I foresee will be the neck guard, since things have a tendency to stretch there so you will probably get unrealistic stretching at the chin area when you get to the ingame testing stage.
