i mean without crashing, as you know LE version is very fragile comparing to SE/AE played 5 hours straight and 0 crash but for some reason there is a red exclamation mark inside of anises cabin in both modded and unmodded game and so far this is the only thing that i noticed and no problem in the cities and inside of buildings. also feel free to share the pictures and videos of that 1k modded skyrim of yours im sure everyone would like it :)
I am way too lazy to share pics and vids :D But exclamation mark is issue with wrong instaled textures, so I'm surprised you have an exclamation mark in an unmodded game.
Try to use a little overhaul of Anises Cabin mod it doesn't add too much to ruin FPS but enough to please the eye ;)
And on the end.. well I can't agree with you that LE is "fragile". I played over 12k hours in my Skyrim LE works great ;) That why I am NOT going to SE.
im trying right now hopefully will work fine if not ill try to find another solution and if i cant find any it doesnt bother me as i only visit that place just for once and forget it for that playthrough :) edit: yep works fine no missing textures now

How it looks Anises Cabin and outside of cabin in My Skyrim LE ;) Maybe this mod solve your problem
