Just to update from my last comment: I have started playing the game and I think I got the feet figured out. It took me a while to figure out a way to get painted toenails working with them though. I don't know if I got quite the kind of body from your images, but I'm satisfied with what I got.
When my ladies wear proper shoes, it increases the entropy of our universe. Basically, their barefooting is the only thing that prevents the universe from collapsing. That's a scientific fact!
