The fixed hoodless Thalmor Robes on Elenwen and Ancano.

Once I noticed it, it wouldn't stop bugging me that the hoodless version of the Thalmor Robes were missing the cool high collar that is present in the hooded counterpart. So I decided to give it a try and attempt to give the collar to the robes that don't have the hood.

Now, it's not the best it could be, since I had to achieve it through editing the meshes and textures though nifskope and GIMP. There are some minor imperfections that are hidden behind Elenwen and Ancano's hairs in the pictures, so keep that in mind.

But if you guys don't mind that and would like me to upload it as a mod, I'd be glad to.
