   This looks promising, I assume this will come to se as well. It wonder how extensive this overhaul  will be. I always thought that the farming community and outer settlements around Windhelm were far too small and unimpressive looking. I wonder if this will develop the banks on the south side of Windhelm, opposite Windhelm itself. I always thought the south banks was far too undeveloped with only a shingle building, the stables on the south bank. II assume this is not going to modify the Windhelm docks itself as the there are already some like Windhelm exterior altered and Radioactive exterior Windhelm docks that do a fine job of that already. If so that would be great. I understand there is already a massive Windhelm expansion in works right now. Any expansion of the lands around Windhelm would complement that greatly.

   oooooOOOOOoooooo. Can't believe nobody has ever bothered to change the Windhelm port and nearby farms. Riften? Holds The City Overhaul expands the port a lot. Solitude Docks? Holds change that so much its now it has its own Cell/worldspace. Even you edited it (Great City of Solitude which is sadly incompatible with Holds :( ). But Windhelm Docks and farms? Nah fam, ain't happening. All what Holds does there is change the chape of the farm houses and that's it. I've seen house mods with better edits.

      Im so with you on this. And the city of Windhelm there is no mods to make it beautiful it looks so bad compared to other towns around Skyrim and it should be at least as good as Solitude becauseif you side with stromcloaks like i do that will be the capital city.
