    Since in her condition there is a risk of being killed or falling into slavery again , I would suggest     :
    1. She shouldn't get involved in a fight now.She needs to gain time to heal and restore health.
    2.As pain reliever (if there is no medicine), she should take some alcohol or drugs.
    3.She should get rid of the orc's body or hide it, in her situation -  hide in some kind of hole and cover with a rag or fill up with stones. Wipe off blood stains or cover with earth.
    4. And she needs to cause panic among the bandits, for example, set up an explosion or fire.
    5. During a panic, try to leave unnoticed.

      sensible advice.  Problem is that the headache and nature of the curse is stopping her thinking too sensibly at present.

      If there is a poison, there is usually an antidote.
      In her case, poison is a curse of magical nature, and if she herself is not able to remove it, then she should quickly find someone who can help her do it.
      I don't know what the continuation of her story is, but the plot twists are unexpected and interesting.
      I hope everything will be fine with Amalina.

      I think this is more of a case of magic rather than poison.  Took me by surprise, I can tell you!  Having your poor character groaning in pain and not behing able to cure it worries you, and you wonder how the heck you can solve it!

      This story is my best yet, I think, love the background to it, its just a pity we don't have Bethesda making a Thalmor-based DLC.

       About the Thalmor in the game: 
      -  according to rumors in The Elder Scrolls VI,
      which many people are waiting  and which will be released around 2024,
      the plot of the game will be partially associated with the Thalmor, which will use the gradually growing conflict between Hammerfell and High Rock for its own purposes.

       And take care please of Amalina, she has endured so much suffering in her life and I wish her to survive and find a way to get rid of the magic disease caused by the curse.

      Ahhh right, interesting news in that case.  2024 eh?  

      Amalina needs a little bit of tender loving care, wonder where she'll get that....

      I read, that will be in about 2024 (or not earlier 2024),
      this may be a leak of information from the Bethesda, or just someone's assumption - I can't say for sure, just rumors.

    Poor Amalina! At least, the stranger piercings were not so bad compared to it... Hope she can find a cure for this curse, she may need a priest or something.

    Interesting. I can only remember to fight my way through, whenever I went there in my games.
    How did you manage to get there and have him in a talking mood?

    And the poses are very well chosen!

      There's this mod somewhere, can't recall which one it is, that throws a few nice little sub-plots your way and this was one of them.  Think its linked to simple slavery.

      Thanks re: poses, yeah it was an unexpected development in this situation, I'd never done this one before so when the curse was thrown at her, it really surprised me.

      Is that curse part of the same slaverstory mod or do we have another mod that add curses to NPCs ?

      I only know of 2 mods that add curses to the player abilities but not to NPCs.

      Not sure - Simple slavery is the mod I'm using - which got episode 17 shunted into the naughty corner - so I can only presume its part of it.

      i believe it's an add on for ASLAL, Devious Bashnag. Supposed to tie in with Sanguine's Debauchery. i've come across him many times, but i can't swear which mod it is that adds the dialog, because i don't remember ever having D/L'd DB. Simple Slavery is only a bridge between mods and adds no content on its own other than the auction. Like it needs anything more!

      The shots are fantastic.
