      I just used the ones from Cloaks of Skyrim, Immersive Jewelry, and Apachii Divine Eligance, and slapped some divine sigils on them with photoshop.

      The Immersive Jewelry ones are from Velvet Robes and Cloaks and as you can see the author has made them free to use.
      I'm sure if you contacted Nikinoodles they would be fine with you releasing your cloaks.
      So care to release them so others can use them as they are quite bad ass?
