About this image

...what is all this white stuff falling from the sky?

Trying out some custom complexion maps with a clean face to get a younger but still masculine looking Wood Elf. It's his first time abroad!

I customized the "Evil Mastermind" armor with a simple recolor to give it a leather look. The fur cloak is from the "August all in one Pack" by Kirax for SAM. Making a screenshot a day, I guess it's vacation time for me ;)! Any cool suggestions where to go next? I'm running out of locations?!

I'm no screenshot master but I love the lighting in this pic, it looks like a painting! which ENB is this? It lends itself very well to your guy's skin.

Thanks! I’m using truevision, I tweaked it here and there but not much to enhance the skin shader. The lighting in this picture looks better because I actually turned on the showracemenu which adds an extra light source to the face and then hid the menu through the “toggle menu” console code. Which is probably why the lighting on his face looks better than it normally does ;)!

That is an amazing trick. Thank you for sharing the tweak, and the information. You do great work.

Thanks ;)! The blue sidelight is done through dropping a lit torch. In case you'd like to know here's a quick walkthrough.

      - put two torches in your inventory (could be any color, modded or vanilla as long as they are the same type) and equip one.
      - exit your inventory and open the console command window. There should be a white number in the center of the screen, of the selected object. Deselect it and type "TCL" (turn off collision). You will get a message "collision turned off" if done right.
      - go back to your inventory (torch still equipped) and drop the torches one by one from your inventory (with the drop hotkey). Do not drop them all at once.
      - if done correctly a turned off torch will drop and after that a lit torch will drop as well and float in front of you (exit the inventory menu).
      - Open up the console command again, select the lit torch and type: Getpos x. This will give you a number for example "-34010" (usually exteriors have high numbers, interiors small). Then add a small number (usually 10 is fine) to the position and type "setpos x -34020" You will now see the torch move either forward, backwards or sidewards.
-Do the same for "setpos y". x and y will change the horizontal coordinates of the object, setpos z will change the vertical position. Make sure to always type "Getpos x" "getpos y" or "getpos z" first to determine the axis position and move it with small amounts otherwise your torch might disappear and end up in a random location on the other side of the game.
      - I usually place a lit torch or two behind my character to get a nice "rimlight" effect. If you place it high or low enough it should be outside your screenshot.

      Hope it helps ;)!

Awesome shot, the detail is incredible, especially his face and armor.
