HELP A Useful Error Message wtfff

I'm reinstalling everything again, but I have a (mostly) vanilla game side-installed. After checking out a mod I'm working on in vanilla, I swapped back to my main game...

Instead of just crashing or locking up, it popped up a helpful error message???
Anyone know what enabled that? It wasn't there before I swapped to vanilla and I've never seen that in 6 years of modding.
The actual problem is an obvious fix thanks to it, but ohohohomuhgawd this is SO APPRECIATED.

Might be built into Vortikai's mod, maybe???
