The crimson vertical troll shot is another favorite. I know the trolls of Skyrim get a lot of hate because how they look, but I must say I kind of like them. They're certainly photogenic at least...
Awesome sunset shot near the end too, and the main and the one with her running across the bridge!
I am not sure where those birds come from, I just noticed them after crossing the bridge after leaving Riverwood. There is that one tree that I always assumed triggered a bat swarm (that's what it sounds like) but when I paused to look it was actually a flock of birds! I suggest checking it out for yourself to see if it's just me or if they have been there this whole time
