I have various possibilities for Andras mapped out. One of these is the titular Bad End where he's consumed by his obsession with Heart Stones/the Heart of Lorkhan (with no small amount of goading from Hermaeus Mora after Miraak's gone) and basically becomes a wight after persuading Neloth to do the heart stone surgery on him, traveling to Vvardenfell and doing who knows what at the volcano.
He's no Dagoth Ur, but he's definitely not sane or safe to be around at this point.
The Heart Stone dragon priest gear is from Konahrik's Accoutrements, an amazing mod here on Nexus. I just messed with the textures very slightly.

Alduin: time for wake up ours brothers and priests .
Deathsinger: those who subdue themselves will have peace with us those who reveal themselves will have death . But this time people will have equal rights and the possibility to join the order of the dragon priests if they wish and have the possibility to become the highest dragon priests if they have the ability in these would.
Alduin: the dragon blood its strong in you ! hahaha
Deathsinger: you become more sociable after i defeat you ,but that will be our secret .
Alduin: hahah that is truth but never speak that again !

I hope his story doesn't end that way though, that'd be very sad as awesome as it is
