I'm playing catch up again so I'm not doing too many comments, but dang you have a lot of these body paint sets! I like a few of them so far (the body paints, your images are always good) but many seem too ornate and not so fitting to what body painting would have meant to an adventurer.

I Prefer this one to the last Body Paint one(Uzonda) Only because that one was creepy as Sh!t.
I would be very interested to see a story were all of your unique Characters interact in a story. You definitely have a Knack for setting a Scene

Well, the one for Uzonda was a "mistake", since I used two overlays for him - one male and one female - but I liked the result, so I kept it for him. Seemed suitable for his origin and class after all. This lady is using the overlay "correctly", so this is how it's supposed to look...

Believe me, I'd love to include some writing to my sets with interactions between many different characters. I once did, a few years back, but never really got any consistency about it. Most stories "died out" with me not continuing them. The downside for me regarding written stories, is it takes me so much time to prepare such sets. Since English is not my native language, I often struggle with certain words and my tone is also very simplistic. That's not generally a bad thing, because we're many around here who don't speak English on a daily basis, but still, for me to create texts often means many hours extra with lots of online dictionaries close by. At some point, I still would like to return to writing of some sorts, perhaps just a short text to set the story for the images or to create a sense of a story background at least? I've done this too and it worked out rather nicely in my opinion. Problem number two is me not playing the ordinary save files enough to get the stories started. I'm on so many "tasks" for the sense of screenshots alone lately. But yeah, it's back there in my thoughts and I do love writing just as much as I do like capturing screenshots. It also gives me a reason to include you guys in my own personal worldspace...which is NOT Skyrim (or Tamriel).

And thank you for saying so! Much appreciated!

Your welcome! and your Shots are just great!
      Thanks for the insight.
To be fair when I think about it you don't always need words for a story, body language and setting make a story just as well!

Yeah, visual stories can be equally good of course, but often they need some staging to make sense. That's another thing I can't bother myself with (or wrap my head around, because it simply takes too long). BUT...I do tend to arrange what images I've captured in some kind of storytelling sense when it's possible, even if I bring a lot of landscapes and objects from around the characters to the scene as well. Sometimes it works quite nicely, although many sets are also simply mixed randoms or posed characters.

Wow ... your collections are alway surprises and I‘m always tensed for them.
This lut with red, green, black and white is a perfect colour sheme to highlight this body-paint ... you did it masterful and I like the portrait shots here

That's how I feel when I look at your sets, Heike, so I'm glad I can repay the feeling with my own collections!

I really love this LUT - "Aqua" and it comes with Caffeine - for portraits. The colours are so powerful, so whenever you're in RaceMenu to create a character, every small change of the colour tone, the face and the paints show immediately. I use this LUT on a regular basis whenever I make new chars for Skyrim. I simply love seeing the colours so strong, even if they might appear differently in the game afterwards when switching the LUT's.

I'm having lots of fun making characters for these bodypaints at the moment! I want to get all versions down before I turn to the Commonwealth for a quick monster hunt until the theme deadline next week. I have a few captures already, but need some more...

And another amazing looking character, love the body paint. And gorgeous set of images, I'm surprised how well the Aqua looks--when I've tried it in Enderal, it's just been overpoweringly greenish blue--but it could be a matter of the time and place and lighting of the locations when I chose to take a peek at it.

Aqua has been my "to go to" LUT for portraits since a while back now. The colours are so rich and strong I almost scent real oil paint when using this LUT!
But yes, it's quite sensitive for different light sources. It gets very orange (which you will see later on in an upcoming set from inside Fort Greenwall) when close to warm sources such as fire. The ideal light is actually the less strong ones, such a soft ligth from windows, air shafts in caves and ruins or days wiht an overcast. It treats pale cold light a lot better than warm in my opinion.
It can also be superdark, so nights come quickly when playing with Aqua and the shadows indoors are so thivk they seem infinitive. This is not a bad thing though when you're looking for black backdrops, but you need some light as well. Using Mage light spells can provide some really cool portraits with a rich darkness at the back. I also agree, it's evern darker in Enderal, even during daytime, but that's probably because of the world setup of that game. You need to tweak it slightly to get a better use of it or do some post-processing, adding a bit more light. The colours and the sharpness of Aqua can often take it without messing the image uo...

Character turned out great and I admit I'm having a lot of fun making new ones. I would even dare saying I've improved a bit in this...

A lot of head portraits in this set, but the poses gave me some trouble, so I had to scrap or crop many shots. I'm pretty happy about how she looks though, so that's alright...

      Many thanks!

      Thank you kindly, AJ!

Unfortunately I can't place or understand the word "yndigt". It almost sounds like a very old Scandinavian word, so maybe you found some Norse dictionary somewhere. Reading and seeing the word itself makes me guess it's closer to Danish or Norweigan. Modern Swedish is a bit more updated nowadays though...

Danes often understand Swedes, while we Swedes have more trouble understanding Danish for some reason. Both Sweden and Denmark have a long history together, often involving war, but luckily the last one when our nations stood on different sides were during the Napoleonic Wars, nearly 200 years ago.

Thanks a lot, Erwin! This set actually gave me a bit of a headache, because I realised too late I had quite a lot of bad "hand clipping" with the Merta Assassin outfit. The hand of the character simply didn't attach to the arm once I started posing. A few did, but the majority gave a very bad result which explains the many head shots in this collection. I assume it had to do with me using regular boots for her, but the outfit requires high heels...and unlike our dear friend Les, I don't use that many high heels on my adventures!

Yes, she's brand new, made her earlier today. I'm going to create new characters for each bodypaint in this mod, so that means 8 more male and 8 more females to come. So far I'm very happy with the characters I've made, so I'm quite looking forward to the next set...but that's for tomorrow.

The bonus shots were made when I was nearly done with the set and the sun started to go down at the horizon. I obviously had to capture a few of those too...
