   This set is so cool! May I ask how the outline is done? I'd love to do something similar for a phone wallpaper or something.

      Thanks! First, find a place with a lot of particle effects, (dwemer ruins; near the waterfalls; draugr crypt), place a char near it, just don't make particle disappear (it happens with a certain angle), go to ENB Gui, find [Particle], set its values high (both settings, I kinda forgot their names, don't forget to check if you're doing it from Interior/Day/Night time), outline thingy is from Snapdragon ENB, idk about other ENBs, so it'd be hard with Rudy, as an example. Then when the all particle (like mist) goes black/red/whatever its color is in location - turn Prepass Effect from Snap. It will render your char in the dark; then if you want - change the color of outline. If it doesn't sound very informatively you can always ask me at Flickr!

      Thank you so much for the detailed explanation! I'll definitely credit back to you if I ever try this out in the future. It looks phenomenal and reminds me almost of the more modern neon linework art styles.
