AF Near Blur Curve=5.6 // lower to blur things in front of the focus
AF Far Blur Curve=1.33 // increase to push out blur - values depend a lot on your FOV value and the focus point of the camera - how far away it is.
You pick your camera focus point (can adjust with X and Y positions). Then depending on the focus point you can use a low near blur curve value which, if the object is farther away, will cause close things to blur. Here is a good example:
As you can see only the sign comes out sharp, the rest tends to blur. The rest is just tweaking things like blur amount, radius, etc. Experiment - that is how I find a lot of cool things you can do with DOF :)
That outfit is from the Imperial Fine Clothes mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78297 Only it uses a different mesh that changes the bottom to trousers which I much prefer (from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91220). Normally it requires the Bruma mod but I took the mesh and moved it to the Imperial Fine Clothes mod and then added the textures I needed from the Bruma mod ... as I didn't want the whole mod, just that one outfit.
It fits him well. He has a couple of "fancy" outfits now for when he needs them.
