I thought "Blood on the Fourth Wall" would be a great ballad for Skyrim, and so I wrote Viarmo at the Bards College.

He replied with much High Elf dense stupidese, had no concept of a 4th wall, and gave me a list of places I had to go to and stuff I needed to get along with an application form. 

Forget that.

He's on my "things that need killing" list now.

The iron greatsword the bandita is holding is from Bob's Armory Iron and Steel weapons.

Update.  I had a few minutes to spare in Solitude and took care of Viarmo.  For these nasty, "Ima give you a stupid quest like or not" npcs I have an ancient magical artifact known as the Positioner of Jaxxon.  Utilizing it's mysterious and mechamagical powers I'm able to remove these annoying persons from Tamriel itself before they can speak their vile curses.  I know not where they are banished to, nor do I care.

It's like that thing Evil Captain Kirk had in the mirror universe.
