I like that village shot too, mostly because I've always loved landscape scenes of any kind even if I've got 300+ characters made for this game by now!
Have fun giving yourself a challenge and good luck!
Oh yeah!
If this intrigues you, then make a contribution. You're more than welcome to join in!
And thanks!
Glad to hear you find it interesting. I've been doing this for almost one year now and people still enjoy the event. It can also be a bit of a personal challenge for you if you're "stuck" on what to snap images of. This will help you spark some imagination again.
Welcome onboard!
These images can also come forth just out of nowhere, so keep your eyes peeled while playing, and you never know what will turn up...
Also great invitational images, Rick! Diverse collection of thoughtful images, even with landscapes fitted for this theme, which i never really considered. Also the last image seems like a "raw" image from Izzy
I do like taking silhouette shots myself and I wanted to add a theme with a technical angle since we've had so many about the true beauty of this game as well as some meant more or less for storytelling and atmosphere. This one will be rather open, since there's no real theme about the theme Instead, almost anything goes as long as it's presented in the silhouette style. Should be interesting or at least I hope so...
Glad you like the invitation shots! It turned out to be a mix of old shots and some additional new ones. The very last shot is actually showing a Roc - a gigantic legendary bird - but I can see it's quite close to Izzy's favorite, the Zephyr dragon...
I'm sure there will be lots of beautiful pictures.
Thank you, Magdalena!
