    I read on another "Skyrim Mods" website (one that can't be mentioned on Nexus *cough cough*) that it's possible to set an HDT hair as a reference, copy the bones to the mesh you want HDT applied to, hide the first mesh, and it'll apply the HDT.

      i believe you still have to go through niftools and create the appropriate file (hkmwhatever)

      problem is that blender probably doesnt support this skeleton,and can only get the 3dsmax 2016+
      i believe the havok plugins are only for 2012. (which is only for users who pay monthly)

      And then there's the whole HDT hairs look like s*** thing and move like crazy.


      but one could awlays try i guess.

      I've read it can be done using Outfit Studio as well

      outfit studio can do it for fallout 4,since its implemented in the game

      still needto finish eye and mouth animations,and finish race\powers\follower adaptation...i'd say a few months
