      It's already a mod, it's included in a mod I made called When Worlds Collide. It's not lore friendly so unless I get enough people interested I doubt it will be published on the Nexus. Though saying that, the horse as with several other horses can be easily made into a standalone mod, but that is If there is enough people interested.
