      Some of these colour options work terrific for a certain type of character I think. In this case the blue, suits this lady quite nicely, because it gives her an aura of both nobility and coldness. It's interesting how much an outfit can help a character make a certain impression...

    You always find a fitting tune no matter what character or atmosphere! Nice poses, especially like the ones with the flaming hands!

      Ever since I started posting images here at Nexus, almost three years ago and all in Vanila, music has been an important part of my uploads. It's true I mostly try to find a tune that fits either the character or the atmosphere of the set (not always, but in the majority of the times). That's why it's very encouraging to hear it works for the viewers as well, so thank you most kindly for this comment, Alex!

    Beautiful images. Love the lighting especially in these.
    Also nice selection of music for her, the singers voice seems as if it could be hers.

      Many thanks and lets sing in praise for the ability of using the mod Facelight and fire/light spells to add to the atmosphere!

      The woman singing is Eivor Pálsdóttir, a singer-songwriter from Faroe Islands and she has some very nice folk music tunes. She's the same as the one I used for a music vid in my last set, so I listen to her a lot while getting into that nice Nordic vibe - as if I need to, being a Swede and all!

      I often forget about facelight because I leave the darker version on all the time, lols.
      A friend of mine was telling that there was a mod for Oblivion that used colored crystals to light screen shots. You could place the crystals anywhere and they would give off a light of the same color. He also said one of the crystals was white, so you could have a light without changing the surrounding colors. I wish I could find something like that for Skyrim.

    Beautiful shots, Rick! I like your char - she looks very serene and in control, like whatever comes her way, she'll just handle it and move on.

      Thank you, dear Judy! She is strong-minded and quite intelligent, so I'm glad this shows too. She's a mage naturally, even in regular gameplay, so no tricks here!
      She's more of a "city girl" though and actually was a court wizard to a point until she got tired of the slow and dimwitted ruler. Since then she's been more or less an "adventurer de luxe", staying at fancy inns in noble quarters while doing the occasional tomb raiding or dungeon crawl with some other treasure hunters. She loves taking long baths, perfumed ones which tells you a bit about her vanity...or sense of good hygiene!

      Hey! Tru3Magics retextures are great in the way they actually remove the leg wraps, so in this case I'm using a bit of a mashup for her without removing any of the original parts - tunic, gloves and boots. The stockings here are therefor from another mod, the same one from which I've added the fur on her shoulders. This particular mod is not available at Nexus though.

      I like this one too, grey looks just as cool as brown as a base for the armor...
