Good to see some spear action in a set! Great action pics - I see in one of the other comments that you mentioned that action shots are becoming your favorites to take - I can remember when you were not so comfortable taking them - now you're doing a fantastic job

My fave pic is the 3rd one in the description - the long shot of the cave. I find that something about the textures and lighting is appealing.

I was very thrilled to be able to find an animated mod for spear fighting that doesn't require too much fuss to be used, because this is something that surely should've been incorporated in the Vanilla game in the first place. Spears are among the first weapons used in mankinds history and they certainly make sense in a cold world filled with wandering beasts. I'm using Animated Armoury for this and it also includes rapier fencing animations for your fancy duelists and swashbucklers...

I really feel more confident about action shots at the time and I'm of course glad if it also shows!

It's again thanks to Caffeine ENB (I know I've been selling this one a lot lately), but interiors are simply stunning with crisp textures and fantastic light and atmosphere (also thanks to ELFX). Many thanks, dear Judy!

Now, I see it ... this is indeed a coincidence of showing werewolfes... I never noticed that you did it before. The red glowing eyes is fantastic ..
    indeed a coincidence par excellence

I believe it's not the first time we've met spiritually when making image sets, so we're certainly an excellent pair!

This werewolf surprised me as I was leaving Embershard Mine in the middle of the night. I nearly just got out of the cave when it attacked together with a pack of black wolves!

That's very kind of you! I know I always post a lot of images in my sets, but that's because I feel the same - I like them all!

Great set Rick and the last shot is an awesome cliffhanger!

It is a rather good cliffhanger and when such moments appear I kind of miss my writing quite a lot, but I simply can't keep up with the Nexus as it is, so words will have to stand aside for images alone. I trust some of my captures can kickstart a bit of imagination about the "next phase" in the image serie though...even if I just leave it as it is sometimes...

      Many thanks, Patrick!

Actually this set made me think about re-working Embershard mine since it's a staple that most of us have done 100 times. There are a few mods that add some workstations and a couple of enemies, but that's not at all what I have in mind.

I too believe it's a bandit nest we all have visited a great deal of times. It's even placed in the world to be stumbled upon when leaving Helgen if doing the main start (I always use Alternate Start nowadays). I like this location because of the wonderful and different light conditions, that's why I often go there for some bandit killing. It's the same with Bleak Falls Barrow.

A re-worked mine would surely surprise any adventurer thinking it's an easy place to clean out if it falls into your hands...

Thank you kindly! She's indeed a fighter and actually one of the rebel leaders leading an uprise in her homeland against a corrupted king.

      @ Bob
I've done this bandit nest quite a lot recently in other sets, so I wanted to make a smaller set just to show off her spear fighting skills. It's really hard not to make lots of shots from Embershard Mine though, because I really like the many different light conditions in this cave. Action captures are also rising to become more and more favorites of mine to do...

Music is fantastic and I've used this piece a great deal of time. Glad to hear you had a good time with this set, my friend...

      @ Emma
I really enjoy making interior sets with Caffeine, it gives such good details and perfect light/shadows. The werewolf at the end is obviously from outside the cave though...a bit of a surprise as I was leaving the place too late at night!

      Thank you!
