      Her breasts are fine and her nostrils definitely need a little lift.
      I've seen plenty of women with a body like that(search hugeboobs reddit and for those that like big hooters thank me later), just that they are not as common. Just because something is uncommon does not make it any less realistic than what you deem "life like" and not everyone will find what you find "appealing" appealing themselves.
      If someone wants to have women on that far end of the spectrum in their fantasy game then that is perfectly fine, if someone wants flat women or lolis that's okay too, if you want your women to look like the average women(nothing wrong with that that is fine too) then you do that.

   The sides of the nostrils extend too far down the face, and the middle cartilage between the nostrils could be a little thicker.
