      they are Blades Samurai Armour and Kimonos, Akaviri Samurai Armor mods

      The jingasa is from Bob's Armory.
      There is a follower mod that has remnant armor which is a nice samurai suit. It also has clothing. Lemme find the name of it...
      Ugh. It was Akaviri follower Reiko. The author took it down, but check the links in the description of this video.
