So even Dremora stumble. 
She sadly fell down the stairs to the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon.
I didn't have anything to do with her decease,
maybe...

...ok, let's just say, that she fell on something sharp edged with her head, and it might not have been a stair at first.

      That would correspond with the sulfur smell that was noticeable, around the corpse

      Yeah, I couldn't believe my eyes. She blundered and the next thing I remember was, that she lay in her own blood.
      Took the Daedra heart and left.
