I also run a lot of NPC makeover mods like Bijin, The Ordinary Women, and Males of Skyrim so everybody looks more aesthetic. I do try to keep the game somewhat realistic though (survival mods.)
Understandable. I know youtubers like Brodual play similarly, so you're not alone in your preferences. :)
I personally like a more fantasy world, with brighter colours and beautiful people. My computer can only take so much, so I don't really have an ENB (which is why some pictures don't look that great, I'm using a built-in one from Vivid Weathers.) One of the things I am pickier on is quests/mods that add things like animals or places in the game. It takes a lot for me to make an exception for a non "lore-friendly" mod (that isn't aesthetic related.) :)
Nope, when I first started modding I started with SG Female textures and moved onto Fair Skin Complexion (I did this because I was attempting to make my snow elf character and needed paler textures.)

i guess im what people call a "Vanilla Purist" that sticks to the bare essentials and a few tweaks here and there.
although im a bit of a sucker for hair mods but there are only so many of those.
