I really like the storytelling angle of this shot! A mystical individual wearing robes and a boneskull mask observing the City of Stone from afar. Maybe he's a Forsworn soothsayer, a seer or a mage of the old people of The Reach, ready to lead an invasion to retake their former glory? Very interesting image indeed...
