      It should be from The People of Skyrim mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/87687/?
      
      Warning it adds a TOOON of things all around skyrim.
      
      Also need to run lodgen for treelods (it adds a ton in whiterun area).

      Right, obviously it has to be one of the really awesome mods that I can't use due to my load order.
