This one is a real oddball of a setup used here, my friend.

King Eric's DOF/prepass (I'm using the version that is in Snapdragon ENB, with some custom edits to make manual focus more precise, nothing fancy just adds more decimals to the dials).
Effect files from Antique Dragon and a few other things are from Rampage.
Lot of the look is from the DOF and how to get a smooth transition between subject and background while still having tons of chromatic aberration and tilt stift.
The reason it's so mixed up (my setups usually are anyway, I just fix stuff to make them work) is that I wanted to try out an old custom version of Somber I used in a really old set that is no longer on the nexus. But with all the new effect files. Imgur version of the set still exists I see

So in the set before this I started rambling to Psi how I think Morrowind and it's vast ashlands are inspired by Dune. There a lot similarities bet between the Fremen and the Ashlanders, both in style and belief.
So I started toying around with the idea of blending them together
Totally agree with your statement, it adds mos many small touches to the DLC's. The other day I ran into the traveling Silt Strider family just north of Raven Rock. Fantasia and Vicn's creature pack are wonderful indeed.

You are correct, that's not Teldryn. It's actually the Riekling stable master and his Silt Strider Gary you can buy XD (Vicn Creature pack, Fantasia in optional downloads)

All has this sand feeling, the " Dune" theme fits in perfectly, subject is simple, yet it's masterly executed, the ambiance is just wow!

I had this little idea that he is trying to tame the Strider and gets spooked and has to run away and hide.
He is part of Fantasia which is in the optional downloads of Vicn Creature Pack

About you story...when I was a kid, my father took me to duck hunting, at around 5 am we had to cross a field to get to the river, first lights were still deep under the horizon, and I came face to face with a cow, damn I was scared (father was laughing his arse off)
I'm thinking that armour needs a bit of love. For screenshots it's borderline if you get too close, really need to check if there is something which improves those as I'm not sure AMB touches them.
I had to use quite a bit of grain and effects to cover its limitations.
At some point I will have to look at the armor, have some free time now as my vacation just started, cheers mate!
