I just added a small file that you can use if you are unable to use SKGE for what ever reason. 

Just download my ENB file only then go ahead and scroll down to my Optional files section that says FOR USERS WHO CAN'T USE SKGE download that and allow it to overwrite any of my ENB files that are on my mod page.
This is for "Suki's Preset" users who have issues using SKGE only.
