The Iron Bow (called "Imperial Bow in-game") is one of the "so close, but so far" bow designs in Skyrim. The large inflexible parts of the bow greatly hindered the design, so I cut those out and refitted the bow arms and turned it into a compact short bow. It took me about 20 minutes to do this.
