Cheers! I just really liked the simplicity of this image in that clean morning light. This and the lake shot reminded me a lot of waking up to a beautiful, clear day when camping, or backpacking.
The Rift is incredible for screenshots... all that gold, especially in the sunset and sunrise. I also love the Reach, but for some reason, I find shots there harder to capture, I'm not sure why.
I agree. I think it's because of the rugged mountains with more exposed surfaces. In my Skyrim, the LODs look horrible. That and I find it hard to capture a sense of depth. My images of that area tend to look rather flat. But you can't beat the wispy clouds that tend to hug the mountainside there for breathtaking views.
If your machine can handle it, I really recommend Dyndolod for the LOD issue.. I just have it on medium settings, and it makes distances look amazing! It also makes waterfalls flow from a distance, unlike the default vanilla versions which look like frozen chalk until you get close enough.

I love images, both photography, and screenshots, so all the more for me to gaze at.
