I took this back in 2012 when I was exploring what is now behind Lakeview Manor, I believe. I was kinda blown away at the fact that Bethesda had bothered with this easily missable little bit of animation which to me is a really nice piece of immersive work. Hey, here's an idea for a mod; giant ant spell - create giant ant to bite/sting your enemies (part spider, part dragon or something). I like the dragon animation that bites the NPC, whips them around, then throws them from it's mouth. Just stream of consciousness.
